Australia Post's safe and reliable COD service enables you to fulfil orders and deliver goods to customers who do not have an account with you.  You can opt to have our staff collect postage and fees, full payment for the goods delivered, or both.

COD is easy to use.  You simply take your parcel to any post office and complete a lodgement slip.  The article will be delivered to the post office closest to your customer's address, who will then be informed that there is a COD item awaiting collection.  Australia Post will take delivery of your payment when the item is collected, and return any payments to you by money order.

COD offers free insurance for items valued up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased for items valued between $100 and $5000.
