Express Post Envelopes
Express Post envelopes provide a low cost alternative to couriers and satchels for documents up to 500g in weight and 20mm in thickness. Many businesses send documents weighing up to 500g in 3kg prepaid satchels.  In this situation, keeping a range of prepaid items on hand that includes both envelopes and satchels can reduce costs.

Express Post envelopes come in three convenient sizes:

• C5  (229mm x 162mm) 
• B4  (353mm x 250mm) 
• DL window faced (220mm x 110mm)

Express Post Two-Way
Two-way envelopes come in B4 size, are designed to carry paperwork and documents weighing up to 500g, and make it easy for the receiver to reply via the Express Post network with the same envelope. Take the time to compare it against your courier costs; you may find significant savings.

It is simple to use:

• Just complete both sets of address details, insert your documents and seal using the tape strip along the outer edge of the flap.
• The receiver opens the envelope, removes the first address panel by tearing it off along the perforations, reinserts the documents, reseals it and posts it in the Express Post network.
