Standard Postage Options
Standard postage options are for when standard mail delivery is desired but the number of articles or presentation of articles do not meet the requirements for postage discounts.

Discounted Postage Options 
Discounted postage options are for when standard mail delivery is desired, the number of articles exceed 300 and other requirements have been met in order to receive the discounts.

Medium and Large Letter Options

Medium and Large Letter options include all small letter options except Charity Mail and Clean Mail (these services are only available for small letters).
