Express Post gives you guaranteed* next business day delivery of parcels and a very cost effective alternative to couriers when it doesn't have to be there the same day and doesn't require a signature.

Express Post Satchels
Standard Express Post satchels come in two convenient sizes:

• 500g (353mm x 220mm)
• 3kg (405mm x 310mm)

500g satchels are 30% cheaper than the 3kg satchels. Keeping a mix of satchel sizes on hand will ensure you only pay for the service you need. There are no additional costs - GST is included and Post does not apply fuel surcharges or charge account keeping fees.

Large 3kg and 5kg Express Post satchels (550mm x 460mm) are available under contractual arrangement. These can only be purchased from Australia Post Business Centres and minimum purchase quantities apply.

Express Post Parcels
If it doesn't fit in a satchel, your business can still use the Express Post network. The Express Post parcel service will deliver items weighing up to 20kg in weight, 105cm in length and with a girth up to 140cm.

Express Post eParcels
Express Post eParcel combines all the convenience and security of our eParcel system with the express delivery service standard of our Express Post range for parcels up to 22kg in weight.
eParcel is Australia Post's electronic freight management system, which has been designed to streamline the parcel despatch process. Key benefits include printing barcoded address labels, calculating the cost of parcel consignments, monitoring of delivery status of your consignments and proof of delivery (signature).

Express Returns with Express Post Reply Paid
Reply Paid can be paired with Express Post Parcels to provide a convenient and fast returns delivery solution for you to offer your customers or other offices within your organisation. Reply Paid is free for your respondents and your business is only charged for the replies it receives. Reply Paid satchels are also available under contract conditions. More information
