Post can deliver contract parcels up to 22kg in weight, up to 105cm long, 100cm wide and with a cubic measurement of up to 0.25 cubic metres.

Business Parcel Agreements (BPAs)
If your business sends a large number of parcels, you may qualify for discount rates.  Prices are based on volume, so the more you send, the better the discount.  The service also includes account facilities and door-to-door pickup and delivery (restricted pick-up in some areas).
Signature on delivery for BPAs can be obtained by adding Receipted Delivery.

eParcel
eParcel is Australia Post's electronic freight management system that has been designed to streamline the parcel despatch process for our contract parcel business customers. 
The system calculates the cost of your parcel consignments, prints barcoded address labels and provides on-line access to track delivery events.  Australia Post will provide your business with standard software and monthly labels free of charge. Parcels are processed through the Australia Post network where a signature is obtained and the parcel scanned on delivery.

Wine Delivery Australia Post is able to offer a specialised wine delivery service for contract customers who despatch more than 20 cartons of wine per week. Post's wine delivery service offers:

• Reduced risk of breakages through a specialised handling system.
• Notice if a breakage is found so replacement stock can be organised. Any unbroken bottles will be repackaged and returned to you.
• Proof of delivery where required.
• Delivery according to specific instructions and customer requirements (i.e. "leave at back door")
• Collection and return of cartons if necessary.
• Simple packaging and labelling requirements.
