Reply Paid is simply managed through the use of a Reply Paid address, unique to your organisation, which you issue to your customers. Your customers can return items to you at no charge to themselves by lodging their parcel at any Australia Post outlet or street posting box Australia-wide.  Your business is only charged for the parcels that are returned under this service.

Post Returns
Post Returns offers more peace of mind for the returns process.  Post Returns provides your customers with a receipt when they lodge return parcels. Post scans the barcoded labels that you provide to your customers, and gives you a daily electronic file of all items lodged. With Post Returns, Postpak packaging can also be provided at time of lodgement and charged to your account.
