Air Mail is the standard service, accommodating parcels up to 20kg, which can be relied on to deliver your items to virtually any address in the world.  Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• Negotiable volume based pricing available for business customers

Prepaid padded Air Parcelpaks are available for items that do not exceed $A500 in value and weigh up to 500g. Alternatively, Postpak packaging is sturdy, lightweight and comes in a range of shapes and sizes. They are conveniently available from your nearest post office and discounts are available for bulk purchases. You can also use your own envelopes and packaging.

Insurance
Insurance is available for articles sent using the Air Mail and Sea Mail Parcel services. Insurance cover up to $5000 can be purchased depending on the destination country and value of the articles sent.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery Confirmation provides a proof of delivery option for standard parcel delivery services for international articles. Delivery Confirmation provides you with a card signed by the recipient of the article.  The card is signed at the time of delivery, and sent back to you, normally by Air Mail.  

Delivery confirmation is available in conjunction with insured items and articles over 2kg by Air Mail or Sea Mail to some countries. Availability varies depending on the destination.
