The easier you make it for your customers to respond, the more likely they are to respond.

A response device can quickly turn a letter into a sale or a visit. A Reply Paid address is a marketing tool for business to encourage responses. It doesn't require a stamp and is, therefore, postage free for your respondents. It is also cost-effective for business since you only pay for the replies you receive.

Your business can use the Reply Paid service by either providing your customers with a Reply Paid address, which they then handwrite on an envelope, or by providing a pre-printed barcoded Reply Paid card or envelope. The latter should encourage a stronger response to your campaigns since your customers don't have to find their own envelopes.
